You can send a return request or exchange for any item ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Customers wishing to exchange or a return of the merchandise purchased online at pipaviisi.com must first send a require with pictures of the product by e-mail to shop@pipaviisi.com to communicate the reason for the problem, and if you prefer an exchange or a refund.
Pipa Viisi will accept items for an exchange (for one with the same value) or a return. Ship it back to our offices. You have got to support the shipping costs (we refund you the shipping costs if your complaint has been accepted, in case of return only).
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Original tags must remain in place. Put it back in PIPA VIISI original packaging, and then use our outside cardboard or if you do not own the cardboard, use other one.
You will receive our confirm exchange or refund by email as soon as we received the pair.
After receiving back the item, the exchange or return will be processed as soon as possible.
Pipa Viisi as the right to deny the return based in the items bad condition, does not offer refunds and is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
